I need to talk it over with RO, but I think that paying at the door is fine for those "stragglers" or "undecided" . If people are confirmed and are coming for certain.... I really want an accurate headcount and have them prepay if at all possible. If 20 people show up at the door and pay, it's unlikely that RO would have bought food for an extra 20 people if u get what i'm saying. We both plan on purchasing food for like ...15-20% over the number of confirmed people

ie. if 20 people are confirmed then we will buy food for like 24-25 people to account for the people showing up at the door. Beyond those stragglers, i personally dont want to have to "hope" that we get our money covered at the door

YES, go and post it on the forums, but urge the people who are confident in going to prepay please

I think the organizers are doing a good job and are going in the right direction with having people prepay through paypal. I've been to too many meets where poor planning= no food or not nearly enough for the amount of people, plus it's only $7, hell you can piss that away at a 7-eleven run. I think the $7 is a good price and for the good cause of car heads geting together without the hassle of being run off by Johnny Law.
