Pornographic and/or Sensitive Material
This is a CAR forum. Moreover, this is a private forum which is publicly open to minors. These things mean MA240SX is about the LAST place for pornographic material to be presented. Some of you may know what happened in the past, with that said ANY X-rated content that is posted will result in the user being BANNED from the forum. In addition, any information deemed sensitive such as cellphone numbers, social security numbers, VIN numbers not posted by their owners, etc. will be deleted and the user who posted it warned and then banned if the offense is repeated.
Pyramid schemes, etc
Users are not permitted to make money by utilizing MA240SX bandwidth, other than by selling their parts, etc in the FS sections. Linking to pyramid schemes like freeiPods or freeflatscreens, hits4pay, etc etc WILL result in administrative action without prior warning necessary. If you have the slightest concern that something you're linking to might not be kosher, don't do it.
Grievances
MA240SX is not a grievance forum. If you have a problem with a seller or buyer, settle it with them. If you are unable to contact them and seek further assistance, contact your (and their) local law enforcement.
Racial Slurs/Ethnic bashing, etc
This sort of thing will NOT be tolerated. Users who choose to do so face permanent banning from MA240SX without warning.
Classified Rules and Guidelines
The Classified sections are a favor to the users, allowing them to purchase and sell items amongst themselves. MA240SX takes NO responsibility for ANY transactions made by its users, and advises users to 'caveat emptor' (let the buyer beware). Some users aren't reliable, and it's the buyers responsibility to insure they don't lose their money.
If you're found to violate these rules on multiple instances, you can be banned from the classified sections.
Do not trash someone's item they are selling just because you don't like it. Also do not go in and flame a person because they are asking too much. Use the Private Message to send them a constructive message.
No Commercial Selling, which means no advertisement or sales of any kind from a profit seeking entity.

If you're selling more than one item, please refrain from making multiple threads in a short period of time. Exceptions are made if one item belongs in another section versus others (i.e. cars vs. parts).
If you have multiple threads in a short span of time, they will be merged at the moderator's discretion.
DO NOT post a classified for the following itemsListed below are items you can not post for sale or want to buy in ANY sections of this message board.
- Weapons (i.e. firearms, swords, etc.)
- Drugs
- Pirated content (i.e. software, movies, etc)
PRICE
If you're selling an item, POSTING A PRICE IS REQUIRED. Either post a fixed price or a 'best offer' baseline price. No more excessive bumping from people requesting a price. The only exception to this rule is when a car is being parted out.
Your thread will be locked until you PM a moderator or administrator with your selling price.
PICTURES
If you have pics of the items you're selling, put them online and link to them or hotlink them in the thread. No more excessive bumping from people requesting pictures and no more "email for pics" in the initial post. A PICTURE IS A MUST....if you don't have a personal digital camera, that is fine. However in the world we live in there has to be SOMEONE you know that has a digital camera that you can use.
Your thread will be locked until you can PM a moderator or administrator pictures you wish to post.
Don't complain that you don't have a program to resize or hosting.......your excuses have been handled....

BUMPING THREADS
Please do not bump your thread excessively. Bumping excessively falls in either one of these criterias:
- Consecutive posts (2 or more) in a row by the original poster in the span of one week.
- Consecutive posts (3 or more) in a row by the original poster in the span of one month.
- Bumping a thread 2 times or more without an update to the original post or addressing a potential buyer's concerns.
Any threads bumped excessively will be closed and removed. If this happens then revaluate your item being sold and post it again.
